For brands that want to actually grow, with new customers from Meta ads

Spending more on Meta ads, but not making more money?

Costs going up, results flat? Here's what happened when a client switched to how we run Meta ads.

+$87K extra profit from new customers in 3 months
SaaS client. Net profit from new customers: ~$18K a month before us, ~$47K a month after (Jul–Sep 2026).
Bar chart of monthly net profit from new customers in 2026: about $18K a month from January to June, then $44.8K, $43.2K and $54.0K in July, August and September after the new Meta ads strategy.

Sound familiar?

You spend more every month. Sales stay the same.

Meta isn't broken. Most accounts are just still run the old way.

Old way vs. new way

What most advertisers do, and what we do

The old way

  • Tweak bids and interests all day
  • Test one ad at a time, on tiny budgets
  • About 20 new ads a month
  • "New" ads that are just a new colour
  • Let winning ads slowly die
  • Show ads to people who already bought

What we do

  • Focus on the ads, not the settings
  • CBO: Meta moves budget to what sells
  • 50+ image and 50+ video ads a month
  • Every new ad is truly different
  • Turn each winner into 10 new versions
  • Go after new customers only
Why the old way stopped working

Meta changed how it picks who sees your ads

Since Meta's Andromeda update, your ads pick your audience, not your settings. Ads that look alike count as one ad, so small tweaks test nothing.

Meta now wants three things:

Lots of adsPlenty to learn from
Different adsNot just a new colour
Ads that matterAbout what buyers care about

Give it that, and it finds new buyers. If you don't, it shows your ads to people who were going to buy anyway.

How we work

Our 5 steps, every month

Research first

We read reviews, Reddit, competitor ads, support tickets and sales calls, and sort what customers say into one sheet:

Pain pointsWhat bothers them
ProblemsWhat's broken
SolutionsWhat they tried
Why it worksWhy yours is different
TrustProof they need
ObjectionsWhat stops them

A lot of ads

50+ image ads and 50+ video ads a month, planned up front. Each one is a different message, look or hook. More tries, more winners.

Meta finds the buyers

CBO campaigns and broad targeting. Your ads do the targeting.

Losers off, fast

First we agree on what you're happy to pay for one sale. Say it's $40. Then every ad follows one rule:

The 1.5x rule (example: $40 target)
  1. The ad has spent $60 (1.5 × $40) and made no sales → we turn it off.
  2. The ad makes sales, but each one costs $60 or more → we turn it off.

Everything else keeps running. No gut feelings, no "let's give it one more week."

More of what works

Every winner gets new versions: a new person, place, mood or hook. One winner turns into ten.

Who we are

One small team, end to end

Is this for you?

Let's be honest about fit

Good fit

  • You spend at least $3K a month on Meta ads, or you're ready to.
  • You want new customers, not a prettier report.
  • Your product already sells.

Not a fit

  • You just want someone to "fix your targeting."
  • You won't turn off ads that lose money.
  • Your product isn't selling yet.
Questions

Questions people ask us

100+ ads a month sounds expensive. Is it?

No. Meta doesn't charge per ad. The 1.5x rule turns losers off early, so most of your budget goes to the few ads that sell.

Will broad targeting work for my niche?

Yes. An ad about a specific problem finds people who have that problem. Meta does that better than any interest list.

Why only new customers?

Existing customers already know you, and email reaches them almost for free. Your Meta budget goes to people who have never bought.

We've tried Meta ads before. Why would this be different?

Ask two questions about last time: how many new ads went out each month, and when did an ad get turned off? Our answers: 100+, and the 1.5x rule.

What happens on the call?

It's 15 minutes. We ask about your product, your ads and your goals, and tell you straight if we're a fit. If we are, we walk you through the guarantee and its conditions.

Want more customers who've never bought from you?

Fifteen minutes is all it takes to find out.
